Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh spinach (lightly packed)

- 1 tbsp cashew or almond butter
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp raw honey (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/16 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/16 tsp ground ginger
- Optional: 1 scoop collagen powder
- Optional: A few ice cubes if using fresh banana and you want it cold
