Cranberry Roasted Garlic Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 can garbanzo beans, drained OR 1 1/2 cups cooked
- 1 cup fresh (or frozen) cranberries
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup tahini paste
- 12 cloves roasted garlic confit*
- 1 tbsp roasted garlic oil*
- 2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Add water as desired to adjust the consistency.
